WHERE WE SHIP AND WHAT IT COSTS

We currently ship prints, framed prints and DATU Gear within the United States. Standard shipping is free. International shipping is not currently offered.

Military and diplomatic addresses may have package size restrictions. Contact us before ordering for an APO, FPO, DPO or Department of State address so we can confirm whether your selected item can be delivered.

PRINT PRODUCTION AND PROCESSING

Our prints and framed prints are made to order. Please allow 1–4 business days for production and processing before shipment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

PRINT DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Standard U.S. transit is estimated at around 2–3 days after carrier pickup, in addition to production and processing time. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Your destination, busy periods and carrier delays can affect timing. If you need an order by a particular date, contact us before ordering.

DATU GEAR

Our gear is made to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before shipping. Delivery time is additional and varies by item and destination; all timeframes are estimates. Standard US shipping is included.

Gear and photographs may arrive in separate packages, and items in the same order may ship at different times. We’ll send tracking as each shipment is dispatched.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

We’ll send tracking when your order ships. A tracking number may appear before the carrier collects the package.

DELIVERY ADDRESSES AND CHANGES

Check your delivery address carefully before checkout. If you need to make a change, email us immediately with your order number and the correction. We’ll check whether an update is still possible. Changes may not be possible once production starts.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS

If your order appears lost, arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. For damage or an incorrect item, include photos of the item and packaging where available. Keep the packaging while we review the issue, and contact us before returning anything.

DIGITAL EDITIONS
