Where we ship

Prints and DATU Gear ship within the US. Standard shipping is included. Digital editions don’t need shipping.

Military and diplomatic addresses may have package size restrictions. Contact us before ordering for an APO, FPO, DPO or Department of State address so we can confirm whether your selected item can be delivered.

Prints: production and delivery

Allow 1 to 4 business days for production and processing before shipment, then around 2 to 3 days in transit after carrier pickup. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and military or diplomatic addresses may take longer. Your location, busy periods and carrier delays can change the timing.

We’ll send tracking when it ships. A tracking number may appear before the carrier collects the package. Need it by a certain date? Ask us before ordering.

DATU Gear: production and shipping

Our gear is made to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before shipping. Delivery time is additional and varies by item and destination; all timeframes are estimates. Standard US shipping is included.

Gear and photographs may arrive in separate packages, and items in the same order may ship at different times. We’ll send tracking as each shipment is dispatched.

Gear sizing and returns

Please check each item’s size guide and your selected size and color before ordering. Because gear is made for your order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind or for selecting the wrong size or color, except where required by law.

If gear arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, contact Info@DATUhouse.com promptly with your order number and clear photos. Please contact us before returning anything. See our Refund policy for details; your statutory rights are unaffected.

Prints: check your choices

Make sure the photo, size, frame, mat and delivery address are right before checkout. Sizes are in inches. Your chosen size, frame and mat determine the finished print.

Need to change something?

Email us as soon as you can. Once production starts, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Damage or the wrong item?

Send your order number and photos of the item and packaging to Info@DATUhouse.com. Keep the packaging while we help, and contact us before sending anything back.
