US sizes. Measurements are taken on the garment laid flat. Chest width is measured across the front from underarm seam to underarm seam; it is not the full chest circumference. Length is measured from the high shoulder beside the collar to the bottom hem. Sleeve length is measured from the sleeve seam to the cuff.
